jab sehan main, pakhshiyon ki chahchahahat hoti hai,
tab zehan main, tere aane ki aahat hoti hai.......
saawan main koyal jab, malhaarein gaati hai,
kaanan main mere tab, teri awazein aati hain.
bhanware karte hain ,jo gunjan,
paayal ki hoti hai chanchan..
yeh....teri mast nazar ka, jadoo hai,
jo khud per na koi, kaboo hai..
yaadon ki bocharon se, jab palkein bheegi hoti hain,
aise main ye narm hawaaein,chooke tera anchal, jo meri palkon se takraein,
furqat main teri, tab in aankhon ko rahat hoti hai..
roobaroo jo chashm ke ,tu aayton main hoti hai ,
kashmkash hota hai dil, aur teri chahat hoti hai...
some words for clarification :
sehan: veranda , furqat: absence ,
chashm: eye , kashmkash : in trouble
